2018 Event Information

During Halloween Horror Nights, the streets of Universal Studios Florida come alive with hordes of horrifying mutants, monsters, and maniacs. At this gruesome event, you can explore terrifying haunted houses, brave multiple creature-filled scare zones, enjoy outrageous live shows, and experience many of the park’s most exciting rides and attractions.

2. Carnival Graveyard: Rust in Pieces
Something sinister has festered from past carnivals, and they’re waiting to torment those who trespass upon their salvage yard.

3. ScaryTales: Deadly Ever After
The Wicked Witch of the West has twisted beloved stories beyond recognition. Unlike the tales you’re familiar with, there are no fairytale endings.

4. Poltergeist
Restless spirits have overrun the infamous house atop a cemetery, and they’re drawn by your light. You’ll be lured into a place between life and death, but don’t get lost in the light.

5. The Horrors of Blumhouse
Come face-to-face with the most iconic and unnerving moments from Happy Death Day and The First Purge. Your goal is to live to see tomorrow.

It’s showtime at the local drive-in, but you won’t be catching a movie. The movie will catch you.

7. Dead Exposure: Patient Zero
Plunge into darkness against a plague of swarming, fast-moving zombies.

8. Seeds of Extinction

9. Trick ‘r Treat
Based on the Trick ‘r Treat film, you’ll have to play by Sam’s rules or pay the ultimate price.

10. Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers
Michael Myers has escaped the sanitarium, and he’s out for more kills. He’ll be moving in for a kill wherever you turn.

11. Academy of Villains: Cyberpunk
With a wicked mix of dance, acrobatics, and theatrics, Academy of Villains returns for a new performance of pounding synths and neon lights.

2. Vamp ’85
As the ball drops in New York, this New Year’s bash is about to bite. Literally.

3. Killer Klowns from Outer Space
An interstellar circus tent has landed. At this circus of fear, the joke is always on you.

4. Twisted Tradition
An ancient evil has been reawakened and transformed Halloween into an abomination.

5. Revenge of Chucky
Chucky has brought a toy fair to gruesome life, twisting childhood toys into nightmares.

1. Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Take your music for a ride as you make a vertical climb 17 stories high and experience first-ever moves.

Attraction details: This is a high-speed roller coaster ride.
Height requirement: Between 51 inches (129.54 cm) and 79 inches (200.66 cm)
Recommended audience: Teens
Overview: This has a 90-degree vertical lift, high speeds, and first-ever moves. With the addition of music, what’s not to love about this coaster? At the end of the ride, you can purchase a photo or music video of your on-ride experience.

2. TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D
Fight alongside Optimus Prime and the Autobots to protect the Allspark and save Earth.

Attraction details: This is a 3-D motion base ride.
Height requirement: At least 40 inches (101.6 cm); guests between 40 inches (101.6 cm) and 48 inches (121.92 cm) must have a supervising companion.
Recommended audience: Everyone
Overview: This ride brings the Transformers characters to life with larger than life animation. You are completely immersed in the storyline through the use of simulation, practical effects, and more. Universal did a phenomenal job at combining so many different techniques into one ride.

3. Revenge of the Mummy
Plunge into total darkness and face fireballs, scarab beetles, and an army of warrior mummies.

Attraction details: This is a high-speed roller coaster ride.
Height requirement: At least 48 inches (121.92 cm)
Recommended audience: Teens
Overview: What’s great about this coaster is that it has enticing sets and provides a thrilling experience. The entire ride takes place in a dark environment and includes effects like fog and fire; it’s a one-of-a-kind roller coaster.

4. Fast & Furious – Supercharged
Join the Fast & Furious crew for a full-throttle, high-octane experience where you’ll be immersed in a street chase.

Attraction details: This is a motion base ride.
Height requirement: At least 40 inches (101.6 cm); guests between 40 inches (101.6 cm) and 48 inches (121.92 cm) must have a supervising companion.
Recommended audience: Everyone
Overview: Fast & Furious – Supercharged is a familiar ride experience. It places guests right into the heart of the action most would expect to find in a Fast & Furious film.

5. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts
Enter Gringotts Wizarding Bank and face its stringent security measures as you make your way to the vaults. Throughout your journey, you’ll encounter Harry, Ron, and Hermione, but you’ll also have to evade the wrath of Voldemort and Bellatrix.

Attraction details: This is a 3-D high-speed roller coaster ride.
Height requirement: At least 42 inches (101.68 cm); guests between 42 inches (101.68 cm) and 48 inches (121.92 cm) must have a supervising companion.
Recommended audience: Everyone
Overview: Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is a part roller coaster and part motion base ride. It incorporates physical effects and screens to place you into detailed environments. These combinations work perfectly with the ride experience.

6. MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack
Test your alien-zapping skills. If you can save Earth, you might just get promoted to a full-fledged Men in Black agent.

Attraction details: This is an interactive dark ride.
Height requirement: At least 42 inches (106.68 cm); guests between 42 inches (106.68 cm) and 48 inches (121.92 cm) must have a supervising companion.
Recommended audience: Everyone
Overview: If you love video games then this ride is for you. The attraction practically puts you in a gaming universe. This is always a great ride for competing with family members and friends.
