At midnight, Universal Orlando announced the scare zones, shows, and remaining haunted houses for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Previously announced houses include Insidious, AMC’s The Walking Dead, The Purge, and Freddy vs. Jason (visit our blog for details on these houses). As promised by Michael Aiello, Director of Creative Development for Universal Orlando, all details have been announced before the end of August. Halloween Horror Nights 25 takes place on select nights from September 18th through November 1st.

 An American Werewolf in London
Haunted house
Fend off attacks and witness transformations on the English moors. An American Werewolf returns to Halloween Horror Nights as a haunted house with more wolves and a more ferocious appearance than in Halloween Horror Nights 23.

Jack Presents: 25 Years of Monsters and Mayhem
Haunted house
Jack invites you to join him for the “ultimate reunion in horror.” Relive the most haunting memories of the past 25 years of Halloween Horror Nights as classic Universal monsters attack, ghosts of Horror Nights stalk you, and maniacs rip every scream from your throat.

RUN: Blood, Sweat and Fears
Haunted house
RUN is the most popular (and brutal) TV show in the world and you’ve been selected to be a contestant in the show. You’ll have to avoid skilled assassins known as Reapers as you make your way through death obstacles created to shred and mangle. The Hellgate Prison has been chosen as the battleground for this episode.

Asylum in Wonderland 3D
Haunted house
Follow the white rabbit through the looking glass and into a murderous 3D wonderland as a new scale of Scary Tales has been unleashed by Ultra Violent Comics: Asylum in Wonderland. Beloved characters from Alice’s world will come alive… but in a chaotic world with a psychotic twist. The images you witness may be enough to kill you.

Body Collectors: Recollections
Haunted house
The Body Collectors are in search for the human parts they are in need of. Prepare yourself as you face the sharpened blades of the Body Collectors who have descended upon the unknown inhabitants of Shadybrook Asylum. You’ll not only have to survive their attacks but witness the screams throughout the halls of those who have recently been a victim.
Psychoscareapy: Unleashed
Scare zone
The criminally insane have escaped the Shadybrook Asylum to unleash their horror onto the Annual Halloween Block Party in the streets of New York. Join the party goers as the “inmates kill for the best Halloween costumes for their very own special costume contest where you’ll be the judge.”
ICONS: HHN
Scare zone
All of the past icons of the 25 years of Halloween Horror Nights return in one scare zone and you’ll be the one to come face-to-face with them. The Storyteller, The Caretaker, The Director, The Rat Lady, and more will be roaming the streets of Hollywood and ready to scare you.
Scary Tales: ScreamPunk
Scare zone
Universal is bringing to life their most horrifying Scary Tales with a new twist.
Evil’s Roots
Scare zone
Enter Central Park and find yourself immersed in Halloween’s most evil traditions. Locate the jack-o-lanterns hanging in the trees and encounter humanoid bats, evil fairies, scarecrows, and much more.
All Nite Die-In: Double Feature
Scare zone
Stroll the streets of San Francisco and come across a theatre titled “DIE IN.” Enter the theatre, which received its name because of the gruesome murders that occurred.
The Carnage Returns
Show
Jack the Clown, one of Universal’s most famous original HHN icon, has taken the stage. He’s taking Halloween Horror Nights back in a “blaze of murderous mayhem” with his army of followers… feared followers… and Chance, his companion in carnage.
Bill and Ted’s Excellent Halloween Adventure
Show
Bill and Ted return to Halloween Horror Nights to share their excellent Halloween adventure with you in a hilarious show.
