After its huge success at last year’s Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Studios Hollywood, John Murdy, Creative Director for Universal Studios Hollywood and Executive Producer for Halloween Horror Nights, announced that Alien vs Predator will be returning to Halloween Horror Nights 25.
The Alien vs Predator house begins as you find a crashed scout ship in the woods. Eventually, you discover the Predator and Xenomorph in a battle to the death. You are then led out of the wreckage and into a sleepy, unsuspecting town.
John Murdy says, “AVP: Alien vs Predator is by far the most technically complicated and ambitious maze we’ve ever created for Halloween Horror Nights. It’s a monumental undertaking to recreate these massive, iconic characters for a live event.”
Although this house is a repeat from last year’s event, John Murdy says that when they repeat a maze, they approach it from a different angle and take note of what went well and what didn’t go well before they create a new house.
AVP: Alien vs Predator has only been announced for Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights. No announcements have been made about this house for Universal Orlando’s event.
